We have taken our years of experience in designing and sell rack systems for Jeeps and have developed a brand new rack system for the Jeep JK. This new rack system features our new knuckle joint system that is exclusive to our racks. We have used a male/female slip joint system in the past, we now have a new dual knuckle joint system. We chose to use these joints for a couple of reasons. One is to eliminate the noise caused by the slip joints while on the trail. The new Knuckle racks make no noise while on the trail. This rack is trail tested and proven over many of the trails of Moab. The second benefit from these knuckles is strength. This rack has superior strength than any other Jeep rack system on the market. 2" diameter tubing adds to the strength. We include a front bolt on 2" diameter cross bar. Due to the design of the cross bar it can be mounted in virtually position on the rack, which is great for the Overlander tent guys. The front features a unique windscreen that doubles as a light bar mount. There are mounts for up to a 50" LED light bar, or up to 6 post mounted lights. The windscreen helps to reduce noise even with long LED light bars. This system mounts to the factory mounting points on the front windshield and down to the frame in the rear. Complete bolt on installation when installed with one of our rear bumpers. Factory rear bumper or aftermarket rear bumper that wrap around the rear corner of the Jeep will require modification to either the bumper or the rack system.
